Default b16a turbo setup this winter

hi everybody.. i have a jdm b16a second gen and i wish turbo it hmt style yeahh I believe some people on this forum could <help>

me with.. I have a few question... It will be a daily driving car, stock internal.Tuned with ud and plx.I dont know if i must use a junkyard turbo (i already turboed a beautifull corolla...) or take it from a dodge neon srt4 since i have a nice price on it(from a friend).
The te04h from junkyard that we used for corolla was fine and seems to be effective lol. Wich one should i take.I planned to use a stock manifold from 1996 cx civic dont remember motor code (cut the shitty catalitic converter on it) and do some creative fitting like we do on the corolla.Give me tips on this please.I dont <want> an intercooler due to the cops here in montreal ans south shore they will see it and give me ---- with inspection...How much boost should i run ?I have a 2.25 free exhaust.. maybe i will need help for vaccums too.... thanks a lot

HMT style

isn't the srt4 turbo and manifold one piece? in that case you couldn't use it.

If you have the car that I think you do (92-95 civic) it's very easy to hide the intercooler under the stock front clip. (I used a Johnny race car intercooler). You can even paint it black if you want to...it's even hard to see it with the hood open unless you know what you are looking for. To complete the steath look I used a cheesy little aluminum grill piece in the big front hole...there is NO way you will see that intercooler unless you are 1-2 feet away from it.
