At 10 psi, with tuning? I would estimate around 250 or a bit more at the wheels. (thats with dyno tuning). Rudebwoy's
about covered it

i dont think youll get 250hp out of 10 psi on a b16.id be more then willing to say no more then 200whp at 10 psi. espcially if your gonna go safc hack crap. ugh.

Then there the tubo situation. you pick the right compressor and the wrong turbine and use a shitty manifold then youll really be down on power.

what parts you planning to stick together.

assuming you're at or near sea level and that you can tune that thing, it should put out about 225 at the wheels at 10psi of boost.
i just used the formula:
boost hp = na hp * ((boost psi / 14.7) + 1)
and i figured 160 crank hp for the na b16 and about 15% loss of power through the drivetrain.

i know sean88accord will probably argue with me.
so bring it on

FWIW, my first experience was 237hp on 8psi w/ a .48/.60 T3 tuned.
