b16 boost q

ok i have a 2000 civic si. and i plan on turboing on stock engine. low boost daily driver. i know it's stupid to do a low boost projct. but money is very tight and i don't want to get into the engine and do pistins and stuff. but i have a te04 turbo(freebie) and i know its a smaller turbo and boosts at like 2000rpm. what happens when its fully boosted? does it not pull as hard? is it still making more horsepower than stock? or is it choking my car? i think i'll start my projct with this setup, and i can always upgrade later. let me know. your input is very important. any info of your guys projects using this turbo would be nice.

I'll be nice.

What te04? What's it come from.

Because if it's the MHI I think you're talking about it's ------- small

And according to this compressor map, which I found when I googled te04 compressor map (rocket science, I know), it runs out of breath at around .14kg of air per second.

I know it's Japanese and a bit cryptic, but maybe if you read some of what this: http://www.stealth316.com/2-3s-compflowmaps.htm page has to say you can figure out sizing a turbocharger all by your self!

Then we can have Juice and Nap Time!

Joy!
