Default B-Series 14B

Hey Guys-

Just trying to do some research on fitting a turbo to my 91 Teg- It seems like there are a ton of manifolds out there for the B-series that support T3/T4 Turbos- Does anyone know if there is a manifold for a 14b? or if a 14b can be fitted to a t3 exhaust manifold?

Thanks for the help

let me say from my experience, get rid of the 14b.i had a manifold built for a 14b on my 90 teg/b16.it runs out of power after 6-6500 rmps, 0n 10psi.14bs aren't good for b- series vtec motors imo.

14b is like blowing into your intook with a straw,

go get a turbo no smaller than a 48/60

I agree, don't go too small, it's a real drag to run out of power so early. (beleve me, I tried it) The T3 with at least a .48 turbine will work great. Try to sell the 14b and get something more your size. Besides, it's alot easier to get a mani for a T3...

I want to clear something up.
Running something like a 42/48 t3 on a b18 seems like the wrong thing to do because it runs out of steam above 6-7k.

Now. How weak is it above that rpm. What is it like at 8k ?

Is it making less power at 8k boosted than when it was N/A with bolt ons ?

What is WEAK.

The only way I can say it is, ya know the push that you get when you turbo first spools up...it's like it just stops pushing and goes flat. Kinda hard to explain without having a car to ride in.
