Average air intake temps with intercooler...

What is everyone's average air intake temps with an intercooler? I seem to be floating above 100 degrees.. This can't be good for detenation. I know they'll be lower once I get rid of my ghetto rigged charge pipes, and "Side mount intercooler inside my engine bay", but I was wonder what the overall average is with the FMIC..
I dangled the probe from a cheap indoor/outdoor therm. in my intake pipe to see how hot it got. on a 60-65 degree day while boosting 6psi with a FMIC it never got over a 100 while under steady full throttle boost. I cant remember the exact temp, but not over a 100. Take these result lightly, as the response time of the therm. sucked (updated every 3-5 seconds). I would go WOT and hold the car with the brake for like 15 seconds. I only had the temp probe in there for a day, but I did notice that under light load at all speeds the the intake temp would hover around 90-110, when I would go WOT, the temps would drop instantly.
When I get to do datalogging I'll be able to find out for sure. (Hondata)
IMHO, intake temps of 100 isnt that bad at all. Just think that depending on boost and compressor efficiency the compressor outlet temp can reach 200-225 even at mild (6-
boost levels.

thats not bad for a fmic, theres a guy around here with a s2000 w/supercharger and a pimpass air to water setup and his temps stay ~90 deg on a hot day with 8 lbs. too bad the fool is running stock compression, stock internals, and rising rate fuel press reg.. i dont think it will last too long on that high compression.
