autochrome d16 equal length headers???

it's actually porosity. anyway, its very small holes and blisters in the weld, caused by inexperienced welders

yeah I've heard that because of the design they have boost creep problems. Have you experienced anything like that with your manifold?

Sugar on the back is usually caused by not having any shielding on the back side of the weld. It's time consuming and expensive to pump argon into the back side of the weld but it makes a huge difference when you're doing stainless...
