Auto Powa!
Well I found a 1990 GS Integra for sale, don't have money to dump into it to get the tranny switched, because it's a automatic so i'm stuck with it. If anyone knows if a turbo setup would be perfect for the situation I'm in drop a line. Also what else besides the torque converter would I need to upgrade in the tranny. I was leaning towards a T3 Super 60, but peeps have told me to get a GT28RS instead. The car has 168,000 miles on it so I think it's safe to boost!

Re:Auto Powa!
an upgraded torque converter will probably cost as much as a manual swap

Re:Auto Powa!
^^^^^^^^^^^^Heel yeah! Not worth the effort to replace.

Re:Auto Powa!
so the stock auto tranny should be fine with the power!! because alot of people were telling me I should upgrade the torque converter like it was something cheap to replace. Also does anyone know anyone with a auto integra turbocharged i'd like to see how someone elses turned out. If you have any links to sites with them cough em up ;)

Re:Auto Powa!
you'd be better off with a manual d-series swap turboed...
just do the swap and don't be gay trying to make a performance auto |

Or sell your soul and use the money for a swap.

Re:Auto Powa!
Automatic transmissions are sexy... with a manual valve body, high-stall converter and a transbrake.

Re:Auto Powa!
i blew my auto 2gteg tranny without any boost (just boltons)
those trannies are fucked because of the harsh engagement they have when shifting, i guess honda wanted to imitate manual shifting or something |
