You guys would be suprised how quiet your cars get after you put turbos on them. Blacksi is running straight pipe 3in all the way back through 2 resonators, and thats it, no muffler and his car is hardly loud at all. I mean, I have drove with open downpipe on a 1.5 hour trip.

I do recommmend 2.5 & up for exhaust size, and No cats either.. blah

Wouldn't your car run like poop if u had 3" exhaust pipe?? as in losing alot of power?

No, for turbo applications the more flow the better. Actually the best exhaust would be no exhaust, ie. no pipe hooked up to the outlet on the turbo...but we don't want to start fires under the hood

Well if we were going to have the theoretical best exhaust then I am sure we would at least be going for a decent CAI, a nice hood scoop would be good. Then no more worries about sucking exhaust fumes up.

On that topic check out this functional shaker setup that is made for the saturn cars, I think they have one for my model year also
