anyone with some experience

anyone on here running stock rods with forged pistons in there b series jw how much power your making with it and if anyones thrown a rod like that. im thinking about putting the forged je pistons in my car on the stock rods and boosting 15lbs..... opinions

the turbos a 60/63 at 8 psi on stock b18c1 right now

make sure you get it set up with the right style wrist pins (stock are press fit, most aftermarket are floating) and it should be fine...i ran like 14-14 psi on all stock internals and the ringlands seem to give out way before the rods from what ive seen but wait for more people to chime in

If it were me i'd just spend the little extra and put in forged rods too, you already have the pile ripped apart, its almolst a waste not to, then you wont always be worrying about it

if u wanna upgrade down the road after putting on the pistons you may have a hell of a time reusing the pistons
lots of times they get mangled during removal
