Anyone know how to tig weld that can help me out?
I'm making my own manifold and I would like to get it tig welded because it will hold up to heat better, but I don't know how and it's cost a LOT to pay somone locally, so let me know if you would like to help a HTMer out. (I would have everything tack welded together, just need someone to finish it off with tig)

A good MIG weld is a strong as a TIG weld they just don't look as nice. Remember, the pipes only need to hold together air, the manifold is not under high stress. If its made of good material and the turbo is braced, the welds can be migged and will still hold together for a long long time.
Make sure you get good penetration, don't warp the flanges, grind down the welds when your done and take pride that you built it all yourself. Don't be scared...just weld the ******.

I havn't done much welding with a mig, I have done some, its not that hard, but I heard that if I do it with a mig, that it will have a lot of weld on the inside of the manifold that will screw up the air flow, what do you think?

If you want the to be an experienced welder, well, it takes experience like building a manifold. No, its not going to have alot of weld on the inside unless you really burn through it which probably won't happen becuase most people when they are starting out welding go too fast with the gun instead of too slow. Remember its only metal, if its rough on the inside just port it out, no big deal.
Just weld it yourself. Even if it doesn't turn out perfect it'll be a learning experience for the next time you do a manifold. Seriously, the chances of you actually ------- it up is small. Welds can be grinded off and rewelded, pipes can be ported, ect. Just do not warp the flanges and you will be fine.
