most gas is about 10% ethanol around here but i think you are talking about e85 with an octane rating of 105. i was planning to run it but am moving soon and i dont want to retune when i do that. it runs best richer at about 10:1 but in a wideband setup up for gas you still tune for 12:1 because lambada(sp?) for gas is 12:1 and e85 is 10:1 and a windband read lambada and dispays it in a ratio according to what it is setup to read. check turbomustangs.com they have used it with good results. i made this same post about a year ago

edit: heres a quote from my old post

But its octane rating is 97, so you could run more boost or a higher compression ratio! Really the only downsides to E85 is the fuel economy decrease and the difficulty in finding it for most people. But if you have access to it, and are willing to get get worse fuel economy, you CAN get more power with E85 than gas. I'm an automotive engineering student at MN State Mankato, and we do a lot of testing and research on Ethanol fuels in this program, because it is one way the industry is possibly going in the not-to-distant future because of its low emissions.

Highest we get around here is 94. I heard more than 10% ethanol eats up your valva seals.
