Hi guys!! well..im new to the forum first of all but ive been checkin out homemadeturbo.com for a while now and decided to go turbo!! anyways got a quick question, is it possible to tap the oil feed line to the turbo on my oil relocation kit? i relocated my oilfilter..i figured it can be used to feed oil on the turbo yah know..but im not sure if its a good idea cuz those oil lines from the relocation kit are fat!! heres a pic of the turbo

what size are the lines? i don't realy understand your question. you're using an oil filter re location kit and it came with extra lines or your going to t off of the line for it?? elabborate some.

 

the oil relocation kit came with 2 lines 1/2 ID, yes i was thinking of putting a brass T on one of the lines to feed the turbo

 

you could tee off of that but i would get a needle valve so you dont blow your seals.

 

yeah, like he said, that should be fine, just install a needle valve in line on the feed so that you can restrict the flow some because 1/2" in pretty, actually really big for a feed.

 

or you could down-size the line

 

I like how you included the cup of Wawa coffee with it. (For you west siders its like a 711 but better)
