another turbo question**now with pics!!!**

well while i am redoing my crx i figured i would upgrade turbo's again.. i have a friend that has a turbonectics turbo and i know it has an .82 exhaust housing but what i really need to know is if ALL turbonectics turbo's have a ball bearing center section or only some and how do you know if its a ball bearing center instead of a regular chra?? please help.. sorry i dont know how to tell already but enlighten me..

Re: another turbo question

No. They are not all ball bearing.
Ball bearing center sections are larger than journal bearing sections. They are exclusively water cooled (4 holes).
.82 sounds big for a CRX.

welll it has the turbonectis .82 exhaust housing on it i know that for sure but there are no marking on the compressor side and supposedly the T for turbonetics has been grinded off the compressor housing and i can see no visual marks of anything being ground off it.. i am going to swap to the turbonetics .63 exhaust side i basically want it for the compressor.. im throwing pistons and rods in the zc and want more than what my .63/.60 flows.. oh and its oil cooled only if that helps.. pics in a minute!!
