What exactly would be the differance between these 2 turbo 1 is a garrett 60/63 the other is turbonetic super 60 with 48 ar exhaust im thinking that the turbonetic will spool faster b.c the small exhaust but does this also meen it will run out of breath quicker.

Both are good turbos, you answered your own questions. 48/60 will spool faster, 60/63 has more power potential.

there are 48/60 t3/t4's that will flow the near same as that svo snail.

 

purchase both, there'S certainly enough parts in the two turbos to make a good one !
