Another noob
I'm new. I have a Honda. It has a turbo. It hasn't moved under its own power in 2 1/2 years.
But really, it's a 93 Prelude S that started off with a stock F22A1. I sprayed it for about 2 years and it was still slow. A friend and I decided to turbo it. I bought a cheap XSPower T3/4 turbo, swapped out the center section for a Garrett, and the hot side was changed from a .60AR to a .48AR for faster spool. It ran fine for a few months, then I decided to use a shitty plastic MBC and spiked it about 18psi a few times at the track. 4th of July 06 the ringlands gave way.
I've been planning a new build since it took a ----, but right now, I don't have the money for the parts I want and I just want to drive the thing again.
So for now, I'm putting together another engine. It's an F22B1 block, with my old A1 head, with an A4 intake manifold. Stock internals, stock cam, stock head, etc. I'm going to put it back together and try to leave it on the wastegate pressure only this time.
I lurked around here for quite some time back when I was getting info to turbo this car, but I guess I never actually registered.
I'm at work at the moment so I can't post any **** right now, but if it's wanted, I'll see what I can find later.

And as for the "rules", isn't the only rule to be respectful?
