Default Am I being yanked?

I got my rebuilt turbo in last week, and it sat on my desk. But I noticed a little oil spot and saw it came from a bolt on the compressor housing. So I emailed the company, but I don't see how a turbo being help upside down will cause it to leak.. Let me hear what you all think.

"Hi there,
Dont worry about that, Thats because all our turbos bearing housing are fully oil filled before leaving our shop, And if they are sitting for a few days upsidedown or in any position probably a little bit of oil can come out within the seals. That is not a problem, as soon as you install it at its working position that will not happen anymore"

it'S normal.

THe turbine end piston ring is not 100% tight.
If you let the turbo sit upside down with oil in it, oil WILL seep down though the ring.
it's normal.

Lol wasn't freaking out, I was just wondering, I have to rotate the housing anyway so I was going to just tighten the bolts when I do that.
