Had the two left bolts back out and cause an exhaust leak, tightened them and it was still leaking, so i took everything off and this is what i found. stick to metal gaskets, or just silicone and no gasket. HMT baby!!!

I like copper, dont have to replace it every time I have the turbo off like the stainless ones. Cant ------- find them in t3 anymore though.
make sure both flanges are bare, clean and flat and run no gasket.
its not easy to make that flat...
it might leak any way just use SS gasket works the best |
There has to e some stocks rides that come with a good t3 gasket

Go to your local auto parts store, ask for a turbo flange gasket for a saab 9-3, now you have a good t3 double layer stainless gasket. guaranteed not to leak.
do it up man!
Just use a pop can....It works great if you do it properly. Just make sure you trace out your holes properly, and use a hole punch. anything that doesnt line up will just crinkle, it needs to be flat.
