Default Alternative intercooler Piping

Is there anything I can use instead of metal intercooler piping. It's too damn expensive and there's gotta be something I can use from Home Depot. I'm running a t25 at 8psi on a stock D16Y8

yeah? how bout that flexy tubey stuff they use for dryer outlets. Think that would withstand boost. Haha PVC in my engine bay, that would look pretty sweet. But wouldn't it melt.

You also have to keep in mind that you are adding a turbo kit to gain performance, using something that has that much flex and expansion is like shooting yourself in the foot. We are going to have a sale on u bends in 2 weeks. You can get a complete piping kit for under $60 with this sale.

HT is full of tech, didn't you know?

Polyvinyl Chloride has a melting point of 212 degrees celcius. At that point, it can release toxic chemicals such as dioxin (which has been linked to cases of Angiosarcoma, but mainly in high exposure areas). Your motor could give a rat's *** about dioxin, it's YOU that you should worry about. That being said, the only part of your motor that will get 212 degrees celcius is something that passes right next to your exhaust manifold. Use a short piece of scrap pipe, then continue with your PVC. The melting point of ABS is 221 degrees celcius, so big ------- deal.

Have you checked out the sponsor "Racing Solutions" on here?

I just picked up full intercooler piping for $49. That's the best deal anywhere.
