Advice on Exhaust
Someone offer me a chance to get a used but in perfect condition DC Sports stainless steel 2.5" full cat back exhaust for $175. Is this a good deal worth taking? Will this be a big enough my turbo setup(t25 around 7psi, but later want to max at 12psi).

You dont have to do anything to your exhaust system if you dont want to.. I am just trying to explain to you, that your car will run better with a "Free Flowing exhaust" some people keep cats, some dont.. I personally think they are a huge restriction.
check out www.testpipe.com they are kinda spendy though.

2.5 inch with test pipe will be plenty fine.
your gonna need some back pressure on that little turbo to keep some top end.
if you were doing say 15 or so.
