Advanced Fuel Question for you Techies

Hello there. I am working on a fuel enrichment system for my car. It comes stock with a returnless fuel system, which means the stock regulator is integrated with the intank pump. There is no return line.

Now, I'm going to use an inline pump, some check valves, and a Cartech FMU regulator. As you can see the "return" just goes back to before the inline pump. Can someone tell me if this will work? Any obvious problems with this?

Sorry no direct exp. w/ returnless systems. Nice diagram BTW, deff. worth a try.
I'd suggest checking out some Focus boards and see how those guys are getting their extra fuel.
Hopefully, there's a boosted one on here......
What are you driving?

I'm driving a '99 corolla

I simplified the setup to this:

I guess the big question is: If the inline pump is on, and the fuel pressure regulator is fully open, will the injectors see the "stock" fuel pressure? In other words, just circulating the fuel with an auxillary fuel pump won't add any pressure until you restrict the "return" right?
