adapter plate bolts

i have been looking for the correct bolts for the hf adapter plate to t25 and and cant find the correct ones. I know that they are 10mm by 1.25 but most places dont carry that size, and the homemade site just says use pathfinder bolts but they dont say which ones to use, and nissan cant help me unless i know the exact part from the exact car and year. I was wondering if anyone knew the correct part on the pathfinder or where i could get the correct part. thanks guys

The top side can be whatever you want.. I use the 96+ pathfinder stud kit on the 3.3l for the top side, they are just nice studs, and we have tons of used ones at work, since we replace them all the time. Any stud can work

for the bottom side, thats gonna be a bitch, you do have the correct thread pitch size 10x1.25 but finding one that has a countersunk/allen head is going to be a -----, I couldnt find any, (but then again I didnt look to hard)

the design is kinda homo, since the exhaust can sneak by the allen heads them selves.

good luck
jeff

yeah, i was having a bitch of a time finding the right ones to fit since the hole is too small to use hex bolt. I even went to a place that makes custom ones and thy said that they can only make them if the quantity is over 100, so that is out of the question, but the guys at the nissan dealer said to try mercedes, because he said they mainly use allen bolts and the 1.25 is common for them, so i think i will try them, but i was hoping that someone could tell me the correct one, but i appreciate your help a lot. thanks

if you have an advanced autoparts in your area you can get various types of exhaust studs. it will be in the aisle marked "help". this has various red packaged hardware, fittings, etc.

what about just going to the hardware store and getting regular bolts and just cutting the heads off? much larger selection that way.
