Is it possible to retain ac? I'm moving to Arizona so I really need to have it. I'm running a D16z6 with a T3 on a HF manifold w/ adaptor. If not, than what manifolds retain ac? Could I retain ac in a Integra with a b18b as well?

get a greddy mani...then just make an adapter plat for it if needed....or make your turbo angle out more someone here is running a similar setup

it isn't hard if you are using an external wastegate, a log manifold will work too. If you are internally gated, it will severely limit the size of your downpipe.

Its been done before.there is a guy on the forum that did it.He said he moved the torbo away frome the a/c compressor something like 20 degress or so.Do a search if you havent allready.

I figured it was probably possible, but good luck finding someone who will make one to fit your application without at least sending them your turbo - trust me I've been trying everyone who does it - and you'll probably pay quite a bit for it. I came close to trying to make my own manifold (I've got no welding experience) so I could do it, but decided in the end that it isn't worth the trouble since I can get an affordable tubular mani with a deltagate flange that will allow a 3" dp and A/C ;D. I've got a deltagate, and it will probably be better anyway so I'll use it and save a lot of trouble and money. I'm selling the internal gate stuff. IMO, yes you can do it, but using an internal gate ain't worth the hassle unless you weld your own mani, which I'm guessing you can't. Sell it if you've got one and get a deltagate or tial. Then a turbo with a/c and a decent downpipe is relative cake.

Can somebody post a couple links that have manifolds that allow ac please? Do the log style and tubular style allow ac? I'm looking to use a tial or delta wastegate if I have to go external. Can I remove the internal wastegate thats on my turbo and what would I plug the existing hole with? Thanks for the help.

it is very possible to keep ac, it mostly just depends on where the flange on the manifold places the turbo, here is a link for ones that stealthmode is going to be selling *the picture is just for an idea, one that will allow you to keep ac will have the flange move left of center of the manifold and angled slightly upwar* https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...threadid=13666

or you can pay 300+ for a cast one like revhard or greddy that says it allows you to keep ac, your choice really. it is very possible to keep ac, it's just easier not to ;)

wastegate block off flange. It attaches in place of the current housing which the downpipe bolts to. You weld your downpipe directly to this flange.
