? about after Installing 255lph...

I finally got my Walboro fuel pump that i'm going to install tomorrow, i just wanted to know if the engine/ecu would react funny by installing the bigger fuel pump, i would think not considering it's the injectors that allow the fuel into the engine, but i would like to be assured that it won't make a difference for the time being.

It will seem a little weird at first...my 255 raised my rail pressure considerably until I turned it back down...was hitting close to 65psi with no vaccum.

Did you have the HP one? The LPH ones don't normally have that issue with stock FPR.

Yeah, it's the HP model. I know it's more than I need, but I picked it up new off a friend for $10 :D

You need a higher capacity FPR. The return is not allowing enough bypass fuel to get to the tank.

I have an AEM, and I swapped out the dinky return fitting for the biggest one in the set.

Once again, THANKS GUYS!!! ;D My pressure did go up to about 65psi witn no vaccum, so i turned it down to about 45psi, B&G regulaotr, although i'm really not sure what the optimal pressure should be! Any suggestions? I would like to think that once the car gets tuned that it will be adjusted then, but for now ???

Yeah, new fpr is on the list...for now it's just a b&m junker on a stock regulator that had the largest return fitting on it I could find.

Mine seems to like 45psi at wot (meaning no vaccum to the regulator), yours might respond differently though once you start tuning.
