94 Integra RS TURBO, I have the parts, now need help!!

I have a 94' Integra RS model with the dual overhead cam engine B18b I believe. Non, V-tec (although I almost bought the conversion parts). I will list the parts I have first and then you can help me from there.

T3/T04e
OBX curled manifold w/external watsegate port
HKS waste gate
SPEARCO 30x10x3 intercooler
oil feed (kinda small, let me know)
oil return
BOV
255lph fuel pump
vortech FMU
aftermarket FPR
new plugs (colder range)
DSM injectors 310cc and another around 350-75
SAFC II
misc gauges oil pressure, boost, A/F etc...
profec e-01 boost controller

Now, I know what your thinking. How did you end up with it all if you don't know what you need. I did a little reasearch and came to the conclusion that I needed to buy custom and build it myself. Now this is where you all come in. I NEED HELP!!!! would someone be willing to walk me thru the install? I mean I know how to bolt every part up but the vacuum lines and fuel lines and oil and such. The SAFC2 came with Japaneese directions and so did the HKS waste gate and guess what, I can't read Japaneese. There are holes and fittings out the wazzoo...HEELLLPPPPP!!!

I cut the front bumper support and bent back the AC line then bolted the intercooler up (I welded the flanges on)

looks pretty tight now that I cut out all of the funny little piecies from the bumper (Integra owners know what im talkin about)to expose the full FMIC. I still dont have any charge pipes(if you know where to get some made cheap let me know)

Do I have the right parts for this oil feed? and is it too small? cause I have seen others with one 3 times the size.(Iknow i have the T on the wrong side...so sue me)

Some of the parts on the counter and I know the wastegate is upsidedown.

if you can help me I would appreciate it. I also sell most parts too. (kinda how i got into this)

or if you need to post pics email me.

well it sounds like he can weld proficiently, so cracking wont be a problem....as for his questions, what size is that oil line(it looks ok)..the vacuum and fuel lines are easy, post some specific questions

hehe i'm starting to go thru the same thing he is, got some pieces together and im' about to attempt an install soon.

as for charge pipes you can buy manderl bent piping( i don't know where :( but im sure others do) and "test fit" them to see how to get from your turbo to thru the IC to your intake... if not radiator hoses should work fine

get them from either jc whitney or an exhaust shop, who could do your piping for you if youre lazy

cracking is no problem, I hope it doesn't but anyway, here is a specific question:

1) Is my oil feed too small? I plan on 8psi max.

2) Will the fittings I have fit into the block at the rear?

I have read the threads for the NPT and BSPT but I am clueless as to wether the ones that came with my kit are corect.

3) Where can I find the english text for my HKS wastegate and SAFC2

4) Where does the hole in the top of the wastegate have to go to? Vacuum? and the BOV tube of the top of it?

5) Should I have an electric oil pressure gauge? or mechanical.

I have many more questions. If you answer them I will put up a detailed webpage tonight with this FAQ for people that way people don't have to search thru threads. Anyway, get back to me.

the hole on top of the wastegate goes to a boost source, and the outlet goes back into the exhaust or you can route it anywhere but some people dont like the sound. what size is your oil feed?...i cant tell by looking at it whether it will fit, just try it,..... and the gauge is up to you

that intercooler looks great on your car, but one thing you don't need a FMU with a SAFC.

and probably not a fuel pump too, unless you do something to lower the fuel pressure. cause some people have problems running really rich with high output fuel pumps cause they raise the pressure so much.

drop the DSM310cc injectors go to the juckyard and get 410 or find a 92' interga gsr 1.7 litre and use those injecors they are cheaper and 380 cc the work great on my car and can hold about 75 psi without lag or large amouts of fuel in the chambers.....

About the fuel issue. I have many various parts lying around here. In your best opinion, which combination of parts should I use for my kit which will be pushing 8psi max. Here are the parts, you tell me what you think.

-255lph in tank fuel pump replacment
-Vortech Fuel Management Unit FMU
-Aftermarket Fuel Pressure Regulator FPR or riser
-SAFC 2 (this new version ROCKS!! now if I could only read japanese...)
-DSM 310cc injectors
-DSM 375cc 2nd gen N/T
-VENOM 450cc after market
-RC 550cc
-AEM fuel rail
-fuel pressure (in line) gauge

I trust your opinions and would appreciate the help, also if there is something missing that I need feel free to tell, I will order it ASAP.

Once you all get me in order, I plan to do a live VIA webcam turbo install. You all will be able to put your word in real time as we complete the install.

Get back to me.....
