8psi on d15b2?
I've finished the setup with some minor work, it's a ihi rhb5 with stock 8psi WG and a fmu...i know it sucks but whatever, the engine is a d15b2 with mpfi conversion. Will this engine hold 8psi reliably(i.e. a few stomps a week) or should I turn it down to around six? I've also got a saab 900 intercooler hooked up.
Also, is there some way to quiet a bov down some, my probe bov sounds like a dog being kicked...

do it!! The worst that could happen is you blow up the motor. I had a whole b2 longblock that I just gave to my friend. I had it because someone gave it to me. Catch the drift? You can get those motors any day of the week, even sunday. I don't think you'll have a problem, though. Just do it.
