Default .80 exhuast housing on an LS motor?

first off, I am putting on a .60/.80 turbo on my stock B18B, I first though it was a wierdly flanged T3, but stealthmode has put forth evidence claiming it to be a GT28 without the BB's. Anyways, is the .80 exhuast housing going to make for a sickly high spool up? Has anybody run a large exhaust housing like that on a stock B18 LS before? I will be fien with a hotrex style power band, I dont mind staying out of boost around town.

Wouldn't it be a T28 if it didn't have BB (GT series are all BB turbos) but eitherway if it is like th nissan turbo I have which is a T25 with a T3 flange and like.83 exhause housing it has a tinny turbine wheel so i'd think it would spool ok on a B18...is the centere section look like a T3 or T25? and what motor did it come off of...I think you said it was from a Volvo or saab and if it was a stock 6 cyl then it should be good since all factory turbos are too small for the motors they came on, we'll see how it works but i think you'll be fine

Word. Is the turbo sexy in the slightest? I had no idea what exactly it was, but I will take stealthmodes word for it. He knows his ---- much more then I do. 3 years ago I couldnt tell you what a turbo was. :1
