8 psi with no intercooler, just water injection.??

can i use water injection instead of a intercooler?? for 8 psi. is it as effective as a intercooler? thanks.

It can be more effecient..

If you're just going to be using water injection, you may want a warning sensor that lets you know when the water level in your tank is getting low.
