needing some opinions on the 60-1 .48 exhaust housing on a built d series
what rpm will it gain full spool

Good choice for a d16, yes.

i think 0.48 stage 3 + 60-1 compressor is a wonderful turbo.
but I am not sure if this 0.48 turbine can flow the full 600hp like the compressor does?
You know on that turbine you could go with a H trim compressor instead. 500hp, even better spool-up.... and cheaper too..

Looking for the rpm range looking for something around 3500 to 4000 rpm full spool is it possible or not

I hope you're not talking about the full-race pink hatch, cause they didn't use a 60-1. I think they just used a t3/t04e. The rx-7 guy said the turbo looked like a 60-1.

i have seen this stage 3, 0.48 a/r turbine do wonders in terms of spoolup so yes i am sure it will spool up by 4000 RPM on a properly tuned built D series.

but regardless of how fast it spools, the 60-1 should never really kick-in before 200 HP or so. The flow chart indicates that it has virtually no efficiency below that.
