u can file a complain through paypal. i did it to rusty4768 and they have shut his paypal down for 30 days or until i cancel the claim.. after 30 days i get my refund . i purchased several parts off of him for 150 bucks and in return i got a buncha ----.. broken ----.. no access code cd player. i got screwd. also i bought a rear hatch glass piece for 100 bucks on here off of allmotorcrex and he never sent it.. so a month goes by and i file a complain through paypal. he gets all freaked out and ships it out w/ a tracking number. so i canceled his claim. u might look into it
