450cc question
 

if anyone can tell me if blue tops only come on turbo dsm's,probes,lasers.I was in the junk yard and came across a probe or laser lx.it wasnt turbo but the injectors (not clips) were blue just like all the blue top 450cc Ive seen.is there any one that can confirm whether or not blue tops only come on turbo cars.

well...a probe (even turbo) does not have 450s at all (310s for turbo ones). And yes, only turbo lasers, talons, and eclipses have 450s (first gen autos had 390s so watch out)

so how can you tell them apart(so that you know that they are 450's)?what year is the 1st gen?sorry for the dumb question but not a dsm fanatic

thanks alot.but do you know how to tell 450cc and 390's apart.I tried looking this stuff up in the search but thats like looking for a virgin chick in the ghetto

Yeah, don't let some ------- sell you some "450's" that have a gray top. They are 390cc injectors. Son of a bitch......(not directed at anybody in this thread)
