450cc injectors ?
 

I'm gonna use 450cc injectors on my custom set-up just like everyone else but here's my question. When using the DSM 450cc can I still use my stock si injector resistor box or do you have to get one from another car with larger injectors. Or can I just buy 450cc injectors from a after market injector company like RC engineering for my car and still use my stock box with a AFC. OR do I have to use the DSM type injectors cause I know they're a different style injector then honda's. What would be the best way to go and what will I need beside's the harness plugs to run DSM injectors. I'm going to be using a AFC controller on my set-up. Thanks for any help I can get,

Stock resistor box will do.

So it doesn't matter if I use DSM 450cc injectors or aftermarket 450cc injectors for honda's right ?

The DSM will work, the aftermarkt depends if it's high impedence or low and saturated or peak and hold for your engein it must be peak and hold. High impedence if you gonna use the resistor box.

for the dsm's u have to modify the plug, just snap the plastic piece out. also u have to bore out the seals.

what about just taking injector clips out of the car when you get the resistor box? i just did this this weekend for 2 bucks. all 4 clips and an injector box. the clips snap on perfectly. all i have to do is cut the current clips off my car and attach the ones that fit. if i go back n/a i can just reconnect the original plugs with the original injectors.

Scttydb411... Whats resistor box are you using and what car did it come off of. You're just talking about taking the two prong connector for the injector cutting it and just using a DSM injector connector right ?

on a d16y7, if i go with the450cc injectors will i have to do anything. I plan on a Si pump and a si fuel filter. Do i need a regulater or resister box.

Hmmmm you people need to read more and search more.
If your car didn't come with a resistor box ... yes you will have to get one or just put in resistors ..... Please read the tech projects section abou installing 450cc DSM injectors.....Shortyz do ya thang!!!
