Default 3inch downpipe too big?

Well I finally have all the parts to turbo my accord, but for the downpipe I found some stainless 3inch mandrel laying around. It would work perfect for a downpipe, my only question is, is it too big for a t25, will I have alot of lag? I'm guessin not since I'm running a t25 on a fblock but just want to make sure.

No exhaust = Best exhaust

Bigger is almost always better.
