I wtb a 31x12x3 intercooler for my rex, but i don't know if it's possible to make it fit with the stock bumper, because i made some measurements to my car and didn't seems to be possible, the IC seems to be to tall for it.

No, didn't need it, but are very cheap on ebay those 31x12x3 intercoolers, as low as $130 shipped, and for shure that IG gives a very agressive looking for a rex.

 

I got the 31x3x9 for $116 shipped its plenty big and it should fit fine on my crx

 

A sawzall is all you need and anything will fit.

 

Where did you get that IC, i want one like yours!

 

I got my 30X12X3 to fit no problem, I had to cut probably close to 1/2 of the bumper support right out though

a 6" can fit without any hacking though, and I doubt youll be making enough power to overflow the efficiency of the JRC 6" anyways, so Id just go with that, will fill up the grill nicely
