i have a 2ng gen mitsu bov and pipe. i was wondering how i can use it. and if any one has and if so do i ahev to recirclate.
i have a crx with zc with home made turbo. t25 with hks manifold. please help

 

The second gen is just a Bosch valve. It's fine for lower boost (5-10 psi) but it starts leaking if you go to higher boost levels. Whether or not you recirc is up to you. It will be louder if you leave it venting to the atomsphere. You can do it either way, it's personal preference really. Keep in mind, most 2nd gen DSMers swap for a 1st Gen BOV but that's because they can handle a lot of boost when they're crushed.

 

ok thanks. so me running it to atmosphere wont casue any probs with teh ov leaking.
and whats the stock psi on a 2gn gen turbo

 

The wg actuator for a 2nd gen t25 opens at 7 psi by itself.
