2mm head gasket for stock block turbo H22A?

I was wondering, if you guys would recommend that I use a 2mm head gasket for my turbo H22A that is completely stock. I have been using the stock Honda head gasket now for over 2 years and it blew the other day. Car runs 10 PSI with about 345 Whp.

first off never use a larger head gasket to lower the compression. the correct way is to use lower compression pistons. using a larger head gasket changes valvetrain geometry.

second. i dont believe for one bit you made 345 whp on stock h22 with only 10 psi boost. i need proof!!!!! :)

Proof?? Why do I have to prove ANYTHING to you? Look me up on Honda-Tech, I've been on there for almost 6 years now and you will find all the "proof" you need. I know I only got 1 post on here lol but dont assume that I am lying lol. I have yet to lie about anything on my EG that I have had for over 6 years now.

There are guys on H-T making far more power than I am with stock H22's. Go look for proof and ye shall find on H-T...

Oh and btw there are lots of people using aftermarket HG's to lower compression with success but they are also running bigger turbo's than I am and built blocks Today we worked out that it would take my compression per cyl. avg down to 170 which would result in severe lag and power loss. Seeing that I am not trying fully build this motor right now and using a mid sized turbo, we decided to just go with the stock HG (there are guys using the stock HG with power levels above 500Whp (and I saw proof on HT if you want proof). Soooooo - considering my setup, stock HG is where its at right now for me.

LOL, answered my own question.

wow! i take it you didnt get that i was joking from the smiley face........

you can run a larger head gasket but thats not the correct way of doing it.
