if you switch the polarity and the blades at the same time its pointless, you only need to do one or the other, I recomend switchin polarity only when you put the fan on the front.

No room in front of the rad for a fan. I'm making a shroud for it today, going to run a small scoop below it as well to suck air up into it. Plus all the other stuff I mentioned.
