Hello turbo people. In my searching of the web this site has come up a few times. So I figured I would contribute to the site.

The car was on the dyno at the end of last summer. It made 257whp. Naturally aspirated. Less than it should have. The tune is off.




Pulled the engine In October 2013 to do a full rebuild with larger Forged pistons, rods, ARP studs, Cometec head gaskets, etc.






Bottom end built.

 

This is going to be a rear mount. I have a very large pile of parts growing in my basement.







New 1200cc injectors. With custom plug and play resistor harness.








Other parts that I have waiting.
Oil return pump
second fuel pump
electronic boost controller
fuel and oil lines
44mm waste gate
precision 6262 turbo (on order)
A pile of fittings and hoses etc.

Small update.

Intercooler installed. Yes its an interfooler for now. The turbo will be going on over the next month or so.


New rear subframe sprayed with undercoating ready to go in. All the suspension bolts are frozen rusted in place. So ive ordered a pile of new suspension components. This subframe is from a Mitsubishi Endeavour 4wd. This car is getting an AWD conversion in the near future. I need this in now due to the different routing of the exhaust piping.

 

A few small things to finish off. But mainly just getting the tuning sorted out now.
