2" charge pipes
is there any good reason not to use 2" charge pipe?
i was gona order a 2.25 bend kit but racing solutions only has one kit and it has no 180's but i dont know 2" seems small just thought id see what the xperts say. thought it would be easier to work with /cheaper to find stuff for couplers |
Re: 2" charge pipes
I don't see anything wrong with using 2" piping .. for a daily driven street car that is.
I used 2 1/2" piping on my previous civic which had some lagg but insanely fun to drive none the less .. I'd say 2" piping is fine 8) |
Re: 2" charge pipes
depending on what turbo you're running it might help it spool a lot quicker...but for your run of the mill setup it won't really matter.

Re: 2" charge pipes
2" is fine. just make sure you have a nice reducer to go from 2" to the tb, it's quite a jump.

Re: 2" charge pipes
I agree with him ^^^ as far as the reducer i have 2 1/2" charge pipes and a reducer to the TB but it works GOOD!!!!! O0
