2.2 chevy turbo ???
ok go easy im new at this but im trying to fit my 99 s-10 w/ a t-25 (to big,small??) turbo i really have no clue what im doing but im catching on as i go so far i have established that the 2.2 cav turbo manifold wont fit w/out me removing my a/c wich i dont think i want to do unless it is 100 % neccessary so im planning on using my stock manifold (bad idea?)also can i run this as is or do i need a boost cont,timer ect any thoughts (or help) is welcome

i dont think you CAN even use the stock manifold unless its a precat design.

If you wanna use your stock manifold and not lose your A/C, then you should go to www.turbos-10.com
He sells a kit that uses the OEM manifold. I think he gets around $1800 for the kit. If you don't want to buy the entire kit, he may sell you the necessary pipes to run from the manifold, to the turbo (in front of the engine) and back to the cat. |
