Default 1989 jeep turbo question

Hello I'm new to homemadeturbo.com. My question is I have a 1989 jeep cherokee with the 4.0. I got hooked up with a turbo from a saab tdo4-15t will this work or is it too small?

That turbo only has a 42mm compressor which is tiny. You want something around 60mm or bigger to suit a 4.0.

Yep, ran into a similar issue trying to run a K-car turbo on a Chrysler 225. You'll need something bigger as the four banger turbos will build boost way too soon and then run out of breath around 3000 RPM.
