Ill have about 3000 max for a car and i want a talon/eclipse for a car i dont knwo what year to get and if u can think of a better car i would like to know....o yeah i want the talon really bad bcause the fastest car at school right now is a legend at 15.7 so i need something faster.

if your going to get a dsm i would go with one of the earlier years that came with the 6 bolt cause they are basically bullet proof

i guy i went to high school with ran 15.7 in a 90 civic si hatch with only an intake, i thought that was good. i think a 88 turbo rx7 runs 14.4 stock witch is really quick. good luck guy

I'm still in highschool and my car does 13.9 on street tires...but that's an N/A 8cyl car...definately not somethign to be discussed on HMT.

I'd say get a 1g manual talon or something...as long as it's the turbo version. If not that get a civic for cheap and swap / boost...do whatever.

There's always going to be somebody faster than you.

I'm gonna have to say, jump on the HMT bandwagon and get a civic. JK about the bandwagon, but anyways get a civic and do a home made kit for it. You'll learn so much more about cars and have more fun knowing you were the one that made it fast. Just spend plenty of time learning how to do it and it'll be easy.

Aight thanks for the advice i would do the home kit on the civic but some one eles in town allready did that so i think im just gonna go for the g1 talon thats what iv wanted for a long time any ways when i get it ill post pics if i can figure out how to do that
