Default 14b wastegate setting

it might be a stupid question but i dont care.

where can i buy springs or how can i change the setting on the wastegate?

it is a stupid question, stupid.

but,, you can't get new springs. you can extend the actuator arm, but not put in a new spring.

damn man, he just asked a question, and you go calling him a trick? what gives LOL

you *can* replace the spring but its waaay more trouble than it's worth. I've heard of crusing BOV's but never wastegates.

ok,ok it was pretty stupid but im just looking for a way to lower the setting,
and how do go about extending the actuator arm?

the idiot i bought it from said it was gated at 11 1/2 psi.

my wastegate on my dsm opens at 10 psi. it's been that way ever since i put it on my car. i thought my boost gauge was reading wrong but when i got it tuned the map was reading 10.
