Default 14b turbo oil feed presure?

ok well i have about 80 psi oil presure stock and a 14b turbo
i was told that because the 14b turbo has little holes in the oil inlet that i would be fine running 80psi to it
im not smoking or leaking oil at the moment
can i stay with 80 psi or do i need to put in a ristrictor valve?

You should be just fine. What engine do you have?

80psi to any turbo is bad. is 80 at idle or wot? you should only be pusing 10-20 psi to your turbo.

yep, stock lines did. Do a search for my DIY $3 oil restrictor on here or Honda-tech. Without it my turbo would smoke.
