ya i guess bmc or whoever makes some, i thought i read there shipping really slow or not at all though, and they have 2 differnt 14b/t25 to t3 adapters, honestly not sure which i need. wish i had more fabrication skills
If it's a ching chong meow tubular ebay manifold I'd suggest getting a 14b flange and cutting the T-3 flange off and welding on the 14b flange. Make sure you brace that bitch up too. Surley you must know someone with a welder and a grinder?
its been re welded already before it was givin to me. they welded some ---- over the extrenal wastegate flange too. they didnt add any extra bracing though. heres some shots of this ugly bitch.

looks like someone braced it from the second pic. I don't think those two bars going from the turbo flange to the head flange come on them. I wouldn't worry too much about bracing it.
I don't know if any one else has cut a T-3 flange off and welded a 14b flange on before, but I don't see why not

just weld the 14b plate to the T3 plate on the manifold, and drill out the mounting holes, Should be pretty easy.
On the other hand, that manifold looks okay to cut the flange off and weld up again. I say do that <
