Ok on my 2002 S-10 2.2 I have put a turbo on. Its a 14B from a gsx. Since Ive had it on there its always made a lil smoke from start up and went away after about 20 secs. On start up The truck has 80psi until about 15mins of driving it goes to 40. Now I could use thicker oil to maybe stop the smke but the turbo has always made a wierd noise kinda like a kazoo. I know thats suppose to be bad buts its always done it. SO here is why I am posting. Is there a write up somewhere on the rebuild of a 14b? How much would a full kit cost seals and bearings or journals whatever and also last where can I find the exhaust side Gaskets. for the inlet and the outlet?

a 16g rebuild. should be very similar to your 14b.

i bought the rebuild kit for my TE04H for $250 canadian. it came with EVERYTHING. even some extra ---- that's probably for a different te04h than i had.
anyways. it's pretty maticulous to do, you have to pay attention, and make sure you have some tools. (bigassed snap ring pliers are a MUST, everything else i'm sure you can improvise)
