lets just say i can buy my d series motor (block and head)
for $150.00 a b series motor is way higher the potential is out there just got to build it

d series are cute but B series are beasts. Bigger motor, bigger nuts,...bigger=better.

There is no replacement for displacement!

That worn out V8 saying is true for all motors.

If the D had more potential, it wouldn't sell for 20% of the cost. It can be built, but so can a B. The D is an economy engine. Don't let anyone fool you.
