Summary:
Was boosting 10lbs on my stock B16a2. Two weeks into boost it started smoking horrible when on the throttle at ALL. Puking out out of the downpipe and burning. Any ideas?

- spark plugs are fine
- pcv system looks ok?

might it be blowing oil through the seals in the turbo bearing section? hopefully he didnt let the oil coke inside the housing, it might have coked at the oil drain passage causing oil to exit at the next spot, seals. I was told by Garret that a turbocharger only needs a "mist" of oil to be lubricated as so done in their drag car.

to much oil possibly, might need a restrictor. check the oil drain like they said... the little stuff first, ya know?

what turbo? probably oil pressure too high for the seals on it though, my civic reaches upto 75 psi oil pressure on cold starts, maby too much for the turbo
u should post pics though

Will post pictures within the next 30 minutes. The car hasnt been boosting either, so i took the IC piping off and the FMIC today to find about 3 quarts INSIDE the intercooler piping........

- changed the oil return today and it's kink free....still smoking horribly
- checked spark plugs for detonation...they're fine
- im out of ideas.....

no chance....it's a complete rebuild never even been on a car since. and that wouldnt explain oil in my intercooler piping.
