No ----, thats ALOT of torque to be running through there. Poor rods, haha. There is no way a D could take that much torque, atleast not for long.

As far as the 5th injector controller, It worked great with lower boost. It's a few LM339's that compare the voltage of the O2 sensor to my preset voltage, so If I want to add fuel any time the O2 voltage is below .9 I can do so. It also monitors the MAF voltage, it only add's fuel when it's boosting.



But at the higher boost to keep it from going lean I disconnected the controller and had a buddy cross a few wires right as it started to boost. :P
So an instant 84lbs worth of fuel.

have you looked in to mega squirt? you could make a lot more power if you got a good afr in check, that thing is rich as hell right now

Yes I have looked in to the MS. But I think I can advoid it. With the things I learned from getting it on a wide band I think I can work the bug's out of my 5th injector controller. If I give up on that, I can allways go to a larger matched set of MAF/Injectors. I know a stand alone would be helpfull, but I'm first gonna try to make it work with the stock ECU.

damn thats on a ihi that car was just screaming for boost.

is that the same motor that comes in the probe?

Yeah, I'm working the bug's out of the fuel managment.

The SOHC Escort motor's are made by Ford, it's the Escort GT's with the 1.8 DOHC motor's that are made by Mazda.
This family of SOHC Escort motor's can be found only in Escort's, from 81-04. There also used in the UK and are factory equiped with a T3 and intercooler, but there only a 1.6. The SOHC Focus is also from the same family.

lol, no offense, but those are the most fucked up afr's i've ever seen on a dyno chart at least you saw where you're at though and know what you need to do. that thing will rip (i'm sure it already does) once you get it all straightened out. can't believe the tq numbers, that's awesom. makes me wish i never sold my 91 escort lx
