hahaha thanks for the replies guys. You're hilarious.

I just took the car out for a drive after 3 months and it turns out I had a boost leak. I can't remember the exact timeframe that this video was made so it's either the fact that my "flapper" on the wastegate wasn't closed all the way, or that one of my charge pipes had blown off.

I actually had to rethread the actuator arm in order to get that flapper closed.!!! THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH CHANGING INTERNAL DOWNPIPE FLANGES ON THE T3. Going from the stock DP flange to a volvo one, will leave the flapper open!!!! It worked great, but the night I took it out, I forgot to re-attach the vacuum line to the wastegate. WELL, the car overboosted and LUCKILY blew off a charge pipe, but i didn't find out till 3 months later, when my friend and i were installing the cut-off switch. I didn't want to mention this, because I wasn't 100% that solved the problem till I drove it.

My compression on the motor was 180psi all across, so I knew it was either a boost leak or the crack in the exhaust housing was causing problems. I also, have oil spitting out of the compressor, I know isn't good but its seem to run fine so far. (I've got a spare T3 in the garage :) )

So after driving it tonight (with no insurance might i add ;) ) the problem is fixed. It's boosting 7psi now and ONCE AGAIN, it scares the ---- out of me to drive the thing now. lol

My setup

T3 60 trim .60/.63 (cracked exhaust housing, VERY COMMON)
450cc injectors
VAFC (on the hack)
timing retarded 2 degrees
BCPR6es spark plugs
starion FMIC
2.5" dp running to exhaust cut out (still has stock exhaust)

that's about it.

OH! and that LOVELY front bumper everyone likes ;D Ill make another video soon, (prolly in march) once the insurance comes back on. You guys wont be disappointed :)

Anymore questions, feel free to ask. All of your comments BTW are funny as hell

I also forgot to mention.

Im on stock clutch. I've got a 6 puck waiting to go on in march when it warms up though :) can't wait.

And after watching the video, it's the flapper. NOT the charge pipe. The charge pipe happened after that.
You can tell this by both of my videos. IDK where the other one is, but remember the howling from the turbo in my first video? The 2nd video doesn't have that because of that gay ass flapper not being closed. Now it sounds like pure extacy now.... :)

yeah me and another person were talking and i figured you had a 60 trim t3 cuz it would reach full boost around 4500rpm maybe a little before that.. BOOST LAG!! anyways get another video up with your car in the spring, i wanna see this thing now.

Is it cracked in the housing or the o2 sensor elbow? If it's the elbow piece, I have one for sale off my .60/.63 if you're in a jam.

It's the actual exhaust housing. I've got a .48 with the exact same thing. I have a feeling most of them are cracked due to the cast.
