**COMPLETED W/PICS**could the PCV valve hose be used as a vacuum/boost source?

could the PCV hose be used as a vacuum/boost source?
sorry to post a lame noob question like this but i want to confirm if this idea is ok with people who have more experience with cars than me. I was thinking of buying a brass cross with threaded holes on all four ends and screwing in barbs on all four ends. one end to the BOV,one for the wastegate, the other for the intake manifold, and the one infront of the intake manifold barb for the PVC valve. flame away ;D
edit:PVC to PCV

sure, its a huge hole great for T'ing ---- off of...only problem is that it looks like ass cuz its right up top the motor for everyone to see your ghettoness...

i'm not gonna put the brass cross with four barbs like i mentioned in the post above. i'm just gonna supply the wastegate with a boost/vacuum souce by adding a brass T and ima add it as close to the fuel rail as posible to make it less noticable, also everythin in that T is gonna get painted flat black for that OEM look ;D

if you made something that would create something like a vaccum log, it could kind of be sexy.

if you had it mounted directly to the intake manifold then it just branched off....it could be nice lookin

yeah that would look good, but i think just adding a brass T w/3 barbs to the pcv valve hose and attaching the wastegate hose to a barb and the other 2 barbs are for the pcv to manifold. i realy just need one so the internal wastegate has it's own vacuum/boost source. do you see anything negative happening by doing it like this?

I've always thought that the PCV was a one way valve... ::)

the T i'm installing is before the pcv valve inline with the intake manifold and the pcv valve. if it where after the pcv valve it would be under the valve cover. :o

Its a great place to get your vacume/boost signals ;)

it is a one way valve, this just means when your under boost you have nothing helping you push the brakes other than the air that was in the booster already. It just like a n/a car mainly, just no vacumn to the brakes under boost. but im pretty sure you let off the throttle before hitting the brakes, well i hope so ;D
